Company Profile

Company Structure
The company is managed as a fairly flat structure with interaction and collaboration at all levels. Mr Pretorius assumes overall management responsibility, with Mr Claase heading the Richards Bay office concentrating more on the structural works, but not limited thereto.

This company has further formed a collaboration agreement with Mr Hannes Minnaar, a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the mineral sand business.

Use is further made of various other service providers such as free-lance (contracts) draftsmen, clerks of works, surveyors and specialist consultants, as and when required. Although a relatively small concern at present, the principle of networking with various collaborators (surveyors, other consulting companies) and specialist drafting companies, allows for fair sized projects to be successfully accomplished.

The company structure is indicated in the organigram below and the experience of the key personnel is described in more detail in the attached abbreviated CV's.
